Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking information (if applicable).

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35. This is automatically applied at checkout.

We use reliable UK delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), and DPD, depending on your location and delivery option.

6. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

  • Missed deliveries can be re-arranged directly with the courier using the tracking details provided.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 7 working days of dispatch:

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
