Refund policy

At Archie’s Pet Supplies, we want both you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair returns process.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@archiespetsupplies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, re-sellable condition

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • It must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet accessories, opened food or treats, or grooming products, unless they are faulty.


3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@archiespetsupplies.co.uk with your return request.

  2. Package your item securely and include your name, order number, and reason for return.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service. Archie’s Pet Supplies is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement, depending on your preference.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue in your email to info@archiespetsupplies.co.uk.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
